OUR Story

Paskarla Kennels, located in the beautiful Hunter Valley region of New South Wales near the small town of Merriwa, was established by my husband Pasquale and myself Karla Circosta. We have been breeding dogs for over 25 years, specializing in German Shepherds, Labradors, and Rottweilers.

Situated on a large property surrounded by beautiful hills and rivers, our dogs enjoy a great quality of life. Our breeding program focuses on producing healthy puppies with correct conformation, structure, and movement. Our dogs come from exceptional bloodlines and are bred for temperament, health, and longevity.

At Paskarla Kennels, we breed a combination of show and working lines. Our Rottweilers and German Shepherds are genetically bred for personal and family protection, IGP, and PSA, while our Labradors are bred as loyal family pets. We are proud to have bred, whelped, and raised puppies with our family (Pas, Karla, and our four children) for over 25 years.

All of our dogs have been vaccinated against Distemper/Parvo, Hepatitis & Parvovirus, and Rhino tracheitis, and are health tested for hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, and eye diseases. We are registered breeders with DOGS NSW and comply with ANKC and DOGS NSW code of conduct.

We have now expanded our family-run business to include luxurious boarding services including Doggy Day Care! Your pets can enjoy a hotel stay with us, cared for by our two qualified vet nurses who are registered for microchipping. We do not use any puppy mills or other unethical practices. Our puppies are raised in our home environment with love, care, and attention until they are ready for their new homes.
